how you
see yourself
and how you see the world
is obviously dependent on each other which is why
it may be useful from time to time to define your horizon

your horizon is the approximate distance you can see from where you happen to be right now

outside in the world the moment you walk up a hill your horizon widens
whereas going into a deep ravine will make it practically disappear
the same is the case with your own inner horizon too so
if you hear people talk of the magnificent view while
congratulating themselves how far they've come
when all you can see is a mountain to climb
don't let that trouble you too much
your inner horizon isn't fixed
any more than you are
or any more than
any horizon
so keep
going
